Chris is amazing!! Not only is he super friendly and approachable, but he knows his stuff and totally is on your side throughout the whole buying/selling process. Chris helped me to buy my first house, then with the selling of that same house a few years later and buying my second house. He is very knowledgeable about the market and honestly appraises values of the houses he lists and those he thinks are a good fit for his clients.
